So many stars for this book that it could light up the night.  I fell helplessly in love with Otter and Ryan.  It is just impossible not to!  Ryan is the perfect mix of alpha grumpy and romantic with enough naughtiness to make a bad girl blush.  Otter is strong, independent, funny and just a bit vulnerable.  Their first encounter is funny and spicy and sweet and I simply could not stop reading.

I love the world-building, this book brings all of our favorite characters and places together.  If you have read any of the Callaghan Green Series or Severton Search and Rescue then you will recognize all of your favorites in Hollywood Ball as they both make appearances in this book.

 

Otter and Ryan meet by accident when their flights get cancelled and decide one night of fun is well deserved.  Neither knows who the other really is, and they didn’t plan to exchange names.  Falling in love was never in their plans.  When their paths cross again, they can’t resist each other, and decide to keep things casual, until they can’t and things become complicated.  Especially when they learn each other’s identity.  Their distance may be their downfall or maybe it will be just the push they need to make the right choice.
